Description

Oak Park River Forest Museum has a new way for you to experience our collection and exhibits while our doors are temporarily closed because of state health guidelines. Join us "Inside OPRF Museum" on Thursday, December 17 at 11 a.m. (CST).

In this recurring online program, Historical Society members share fascinating artifacts or stories from the museum’s collection. The second new program has a theme of "things you can currently see in the museum's front window." Historical Society Board President Peggy Tuck Sinko will share the story of Polk Brothers' famous plastic Santa. And Historical Society volunteer John Elliott will discuss his photo project documenting "Black Lives Matter" signs around his South Oak Park neighborhood.
