Oak Park River Forest Museum invites you to experience our collection and exhibits virtually on "Inside OPRF Museum," Tuesday, November 29 at 11 a.m. (CT).
Giving Tuesday is an annual global day of sharing where donors show support for their favorite organizations with monetary donations. But it's not just funding that helps our museum grow! This Tuesday, we also want to share some of the fantastic and fascinating artifacts that people have given to the museum recently. Operations Manager Rachel Berlinski will highlight records from the River Forest Service Club, items from a local Girl Scout troop, a broadside poster from an 1889 local election, and much more.
This event is free and will last around 30 minutes. Contact us on our website and tell us you would like to attend the live program via Zoom.
And view past episodes of "Inside OPRF Museum" on our YouTube channel.
And of course, your financial donations always matter to us in order to support this free programming and all of our operations. Consider making an end-of-year donation this Giving Tuesday and support your local museum!
