Sharing our history through the stories of six houses in the neighborhood.
The Historical Society's 15th Annual Spring Housewalk features interior tours of six beautiful homes in North Central Oak Park. Designed in a variety of architectural styles, these featured houses were built in the Roaring Twenties, when the area north of Division Street was transformed from vacant fields to luxurious brick homes. Join us on Sunday, May 6 from 1 to 5 p.m. to learn about how these beautiful homes came to be built and about the families who lived in them.Tickets purchased on the day of the walk will be $35.
Presale tickets are no longer available for this tour. Please purchase tickets after 12:30pm at Oak Park River Forest Museum on the day of the walk. If you have purchased tickets online, please pick them up at the museum after 12:30pm on the day of the walk.
